What is the difference between 52-10012R and 52-10012D?

Both are Rapid Induction intakes for the 2021-2024 F-150 5.0L V8; the 52-10012R uses the oiled Pro 5R cotton-gauze filter (re-oil after washing), while the 52-10012D uses the dry Pro DRY S filter that needs no oil.

Does this fit the 3.5L EcoBoost F-150?

No. It is engineered for the 5.0L V8 (Coyote) only; the EcoBoost engines use a different intake.
