Yes. This Momentum GT intake is engineered specifically for the 2021-2025 F-150 3.5L PowerBoost hybrid. For the non-hybrid 3.5L EcoBoost use aFe 50-70072R instead.

Do I need to re-oil the Pro 5R filter?

Yes. The Pro 5R is an oiled cotton-gauze filter; re-apply aFe filter oil after each wash.
