The Rugged Radios POINT5 is a 12.5-inch no-ground-plane (NGP) tuned whip antenna for UHF and GMRS mobile radios, covering 406-470 MHz. Because it is NGP-tuned, it delivers strong performance on UTVs and vehicles that lack the large metal ground plane a conventional whip needs.
Compatibility
The 406-470 MHz range covers the GMRS channels used by Rugged GMRS mobile radios as well as UHF business frequencies, so one antenna serves either band.
