Lost or damaged by the shipping carrier?
Make sure to have your tracking number ready!
- If you ordered from us using USPS, please click here and file a claim for lost or damaged mail. We normally ship using Priority Mail which is normally a 2-3 day shipping time.
- If you ordered from us using UPS, please click here and file a claim for lost or damaged mail.
- If you ordered from us using FedEx, please click here to file a claim for lost or damaged mail.
Please file a claim with whichever shipping company was picked during checkout before contacting DirtMasters. If you need help with filing a claim please call us or send an email and we will be happy to walk you through the claim process.
Once we deliver your package to the proper shipper, it is their responsibility to deliver your package to you in a timely manner. We don't normally see or have and problems with the companies we use, but issues can happen and we handle them the best we can.
